Disappointing after sales service.

This is a gorgeous venue with a great ambiance for weddings and other functions. And the people who make bookings are ever willing and eager to help. Unfortunately, the same enthusiasm cannot apply to aftersales service. Especially as I wanted to cancel the venue due to some serious problems. I gave them over 3 months notice and was prepared to even find someone to take the venue for the date I booked it for. However, they were willing to listen to nothing with a capital letter N! And simply referred me to their terms and conditions. They didn't lose any money because the place is never free for even a day! I lost thousands of rands after pleading with them in vain. So sad that the big day it was booked and paid for did not materialise but worse was the reaction and arrogance at not refunding the deposit or at least part of it.
