Refund

I registered with College on Hills for online classes and paid registration fee as well as class fees. On the 15th of February I was given a call from the college that they don't have online classes for the course I wanted to do. They then offered to refund back my money within 3 weeks, I also sent them my banking details as they asked.

Now when I make a follow up with them no one is giving me a respond. They are just reading my text and not saying anything, I even called but they are not picking up my calls.

Please help me.
