Very poor communication from college of cape Town athl

I've done my preparation at college of cape Town 2 years ago and very very very poor communication between merseta and college of cape Town. And when I call the line is either off of most of the time busy and very difficult to reach both parties. When I finally got hold of college of cape Town I dealt with a lady rmeyer from college of cape Town and everytime its the same scenario that there were a error in submitting the application or lack of paperwork or information.
