Unprofessional

I app**** at college of capetown 2021 for thr 2022 academic year. I made it my top priority to deliver and certify all required documents on time. Upon my arrival the secretary/ receptionist at the education faculty was sitting with earphones while I was speaking to her. Anyway she took my documents said everything is in order and they will get back to me. After about a month I gave my first call for an update- apparently they cannot find my application ,I gave the lady all my information hoping she could find me some way on her system. She said she would call me back ,no call back- the next day I emailed the head of the education faculty, emails was forwarded to someone who j think is in charge of those queries only for her to apologize quite lamely need I add and tells me I need to re submit my stuff and be placed on a waiting list .I'm trying to under HOW does one just loose documents without a trace ,my ID matric results and address were given those are important information thay could be used,God forbids anyone finds it and uses it **********ly. I questioned her as to why I need to be on a waiting list her reply was there is a score they need to calculate to see if I qualify firstly and that there is a back log from March 2021 for placement for 2022 and my application will fall in line with June or July 2022 ,I'm very very dissapointed in the service because it's not the first time this has happened to me
