Seta trade test certificate goes missing

I have a complaint. I completed my Trade test in 2016 and now in July 2018, have not received my certificate.

I've sent numerous emails to the College of Cape Town and Seta but had no favourable response.

With job applications, qualifications must be attached. This sucks that that such a popular institution like the college of Cape Town and Seta cannot find my documentation.

Several times I've provided the information that they require, but still no outcome.

It's been 2 years....
