Matric Certificate

My daughter Butool Kalam is trying to obtain her certificate from the Crawford Campus after studying the NCV4 Business Practice L4 She finished the course in 2014,when she received her results,it was with great dissapointment that she failed the Business subject.I then went to the Campus to enquire,because she never failed any of her subjects in the prior years. One of the lecturers told me that her results must be incorrect,there must be a paper's marks missing. We were sent to the office to request her exam papers &was told that it was sent to Pretoria. I then requested a remark,which I had to pay for and received an even worse result. She then decided to re-write the paper,but had to go back in January to register.She went in January only to he advised that it is too early she has to go back in November, because that is the time the students write the exam. In Nov she went,only to be advice to that she cannot write due to not registering in January. She wasted a whole year,could not find a job,due to not being in possession of a Matric Certificate. She then registered in Jan 2016 & wrote the exam in Nov 2016. She passed the subject,got the results,no certificate. For the past few months she's been sent to CT,who referred her back to Crawford, then to Pretoria with no success.

Eventually she was told to wait due to a backlog of Certificates being issued,she must just wait!

The wait has been for almost a year. I made an appointment with Mrs Abrahams the head of Department for 11.00 yesterday the 2st of Nov. She phoned Pretoria & was advised that her papers are not in Pretoria and have, to wait till end Nov.

I have never heard that anyone had to wait for 2years for a Matric Certificate(if they find your papers),yet she in possession of her results which I am questioning now.

My daughter is 27 years old and wants to persue her studies.She obviously cannot do anything without a Matric Certificate. Your assistance will be highly appreciated
