College of Cape Town is the worst

Word can not express how angry and disappointed I am with this college, they are not professional, they have lack of communication with the students, they get irritated and annoyed when you do a follow up regarding a certain qualification that you did with them, they are disorganised , even the ones in higher positions in each department gets annoyed, they posted something regarding the virtual graduation and when we commented raising our concerns they deleted our comments on the Facebook page and same day I saw that I couldn’t comment on everything that they post meaning that they unfollowed me after I raised my concern, I had students who inboxed me to ask certain things that they were suppose to explain to them as the institution, what matters to them is the money they getting once you are registered to them , wether you get the qualification or not you must be the one running after them, I had to do a follow up for myself at DHET after they told me that they haven’t received any feedback regarding my diploma only to find out that my stuff was sent to the college and I was rejected because of the wrong checklist that the College gave to us ,we were 12 students placed in the organisation that was not in line with what was required of us to do for practicals , I mean they didn’t even bother to check up on us monthly if we coping and doing what is required of us to do in that organization. Imagine being in an organization for 18 months and you not doing what is required by the DHET that is frustrating and sad and a waste of time and years goes by , I don’t even have words of the virtual graduation that they did, what was that!!!?
