My mother has been paying my brothers student account ... After a year has passed my mom called in to find out how much she still owes to find out Crawford campus owes her almost R2000 and no one called to state that they owe her money.. Now she must wait 3 weeks for the money to be paid in which is unacceptable , she should of gotten feedback to sate that they owe her money now she has to wait so long for her money back. But when we must pay them it must be done immediately. i want this sorted out now and the money to be back in her account by next week

Did you follow the correct procedure and contact the Finance Officer or Campus Manager at Crawford Campus in this regard?
Is your mother's postal address correct on the system? We need to ask, as monthly statements are sent to the postal address provided by your brother during Registration.
Please provide us with your brother's student number, so that we can follow up on the matter. We will refer your concerns to our Finance Department and they will contact you directly.
