Collectsaw debits on my account!!

I have noticed some debits on my account with the description CollectSawSaw. Who are these people?? I approached my bank and lo and behold my bank cannot tell me who these guys are! Please help me anyone to stop these debits!!! Or get me in contact with these guys please.
