Horrible service.

What a horrible experience we had with this company. The store is hardly ever open. When we phoned for an enquiry, the person was extremely rude to my husband. The phone number on their website is that of a lady but a man answered the phone. Asked my husband "what do you want?" with quite an attitude. Is that the way to speak to customers? Customer service is non existing. We took our business elsewhere and will never do business with this company. I would advise potential customers to rather shop around for other companies that is open during the operating hours they advertise and that actually know how to speak and treat a customer.
