Collective & Co has a beautiful website and I was looking for hoop earrings with flower-shaped rings on the hoops. I found a range of them on Collective & Co's website. They had, pictured, the hoops earrings with flower charms in various colours. I ordered two pairs in different colours. What I received was one pink flower charm and one coral flower charm. No pairs, no hoop earrings. This cost me R350 and now I am told they don't do refunds! Upon querying this, I was directed to a very small-print section mentioning that the charms are sold singly. I'm not sure what the purpose may be if one plastic flower charm, especially at that price. I am now informed that my options are exchanging for something else or for a gift voucher; at a handling cost of another R350. They must be doing very well in their business. Please do not buy from them!
