Pathetic service, being refused entry to my own unit!!

I sent my husband to my storage unit just now to collect some of my furniture as we are moving to a bigger house. I sent an email yesterday for authorization of access to my unit after hours, no response.....well they normally never respond but when you get to the gate your name will be on the list. Now the guard tells my husband that entry is refused, Laura has not authorised it! I pay for my unit why am I refused entry, what about the Costa I incurred getting to the storage with a trailer?! And tomorrow I'm expected to pay for that pathetic service? NEVER!
