Payment done but no response to it

This company is collecting on the behalf of Edgar's. Now they convinced to give me a discount on my balance and we agreed on a discount.They said to me If I pay R1420.00 which we agreed on it will show on their system in 3 to 4 working days, fine I took down the details to deposit the money on the 1st March 2021 and made a payment immediately after I spoke to a consultant.

On the 3rd which was two days after the payment I called to check if they received the payment they denied it. On the 4th I called again doing a follow up still denied they started telling me that it normally showing after seven working days.

I left them in peace for last week and I started calling them again this week Tuesday, they asked me to forward the proof of payment and I did as they requested. Even now I'm still waiting they never come back to me
