**** COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I've been paying a Jet account with this company for nearly 2 years. The Jet account was wrongfully sold to them in the first place, but nonetheless, it's there now. The problem is that the debit order is deducted each month, but in two years I've only gotten one single statement from them, and I had to fight for it. I've been trying to get a statement because that account keeps showing non-payment on my credit score, yet the money gets deducted each and every month, on time. You can't phone Collebhu because the number doesn't exist, I tried using the address from the only email they've ever sent me, doesn't exist anymore either. So how do I get in contact with them?? Just as pathetic as the Edcon group, which must be why they're working together.
