No service

I have ordered and paid in full for an extra bedside cupboard on the 31st of March. The invoice states that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. It's now the 22nd of June and after 3 phone calls to the company I still don't have my cupboard. I would just like an honest answer when I phone, not always some excuse.
