Broken furniture

<p>Our couches purchased in 2013 have broken for the 3rd time and they refuse to fix the frames as their subcontractor is no longer in business. They were expensive couches and broke under their warranty promise and are not fixing them. Very upset as they keep promising to fix the issue and never do.</p>
