Collab (Credibility) ****** i need my R4000.00 reversed back to my account

I have a personal loan with FNB, the using Collab to collect debts. Collab collected from me last year and contacted me again this year. Issue is this time around is my account was not handed over to them, they had no mandate to collect. I Found out this because a guy called Lehlogonolo contacted with me and met with me to make me sign a mandate and agree on amount they will debit me, agreement was that he will cancel the existing debit order I had already with FNB as it would be replaced by the new one he initiated. 26 July FNB debited me as usual and Collab debit also ran on 01 August. Lehlogonolo said I must go cancel at the FNB branch, FNB was surprised because they had not handed my account over to Collab and they couldn't cancel their debit. I called Collab and they refunded me as I threatened to write to Hello Peter about this. To my surprise today they debited again.

Guys be careful, lawyers like these if at all they are, mess up are credibility for nothing. Hello Peter, please assist me R4 000.00 is a lot of money I cant be chowed like this, I need my money back. I called them today and wrote an email still I don't have commitment that they reversed that transaction.
