Upholstery failure

Colin was approached to re-upholster our lounge suite. His quote was accepted. He didn't deliver the goods on the promised date, and I had difficulty getting hold of him (Of course his excuse was that the phone's battery didn't work ect.) He finally appeared with the furniture, and after discovering a flaw in the material and several other mishaps (cushions cut to big for the chairs) I again battled to get hold of Colin. He finally appeared to make excuses. Again we waited for days before he returned the 'faulty' work, only to discover, after my mum called another upholsterer, that the original foam cushions wasn't even replaced, but only covered with a white ''material'', thus resulting in the cushions making bubbles (which Colin stated would stop making bubbles after we sat on the seats). Colin never answers his phone, it is a constant battle trying to get hold of him, he make promises he doesn't kepe and above all, his workmanship, if you can call it that, is beyond par.
