Disappointment of Wedding photos

Good day I'm writing this bad review with a heavy heart. I met with Nicholeen a month or so before our wedding and I explained to her that it would be a night wedding and what pics I would be needing. She said brilliant that will be no problem and that she would be looking forward to doing a night wedding.

We paid her for 400 photos for R1500. And traveling cost. She got there early with was brilliant. She was friendly and helpful. She came to and said she knows it's still early she had still a hour left on our clock..but would I mind if she left but she had taken over 2000 beautiful pics and she can't wait to edit them. I said no go ahead leave because there's really nothing else left to take pics of.

Well then the waiting started and finally after e months she responded and said she was busy and it takes time to edit because it was a night wedding. So I thought ok I will give her another week or two. Then my husband eventually called her and she then only sent the pics. To my shock there were only 308 pics and multiple dulplicates. The editing wasnot even done all she had done was added a filter wish I could have done myself. I contacted her once again and she said no she will be adding more pics...well today is the 14th of October and I still have not received any more pics and she does not read or answer my messages. So if she is not going to do her part and send me descent wedding photos and not more duplicates then I would like half of money back.

Here I was thinking what a lovely young lady and I loved her samples that she had showed me only to my disappointment at looking at my wedding pics.
