Unsolicited Payments by Colgate

I'm disappointed in the Customer Service for Colgate Palmolive, i lost my Husband recently and they made unsolicited payments to an old employee because i was in no state todo do, now that I'm querying everything the whole of Colgate is refusing to give me any answers or not taking my calls.
