Toothpaste tube not sealed

I bought the new salt toothpaste which I love, naturally I bought another one when it was finished. The second tube was open at the base and all of the toothpaste was dry. I wrote a complaint on their site, they haven't even bothered to respond. A month later. Disgusting customer service.
