Toothpaste

I had a complaint about toothpaste in April this year. I contacted consumer affairs and they had someone pick it up. That is the last I have ever heard from these people, no feedback nothing from this woman since then. She has been very abrupt and unhelpful since day one. Never even told me the courier is coming I found this out when he stood before me and I had no idea where to send the product. With no phone number to get hold of her- that number just goes to an answering machine, the courier had to come back until I waited for her to send me the details via email. Since then I have sent her several mails to follow up and get some feedback regarding my complaint however I am getting absolutely no reply.
