Stains from Sta-Soft on my linen.

Good day,<br> <br> I run a B&B in Hilton and I have used Sta-Soft according to the instructions for my white towels and some of my linen. To my horror...I now have brown stains all through my towels and some of my linen. Its so bad they cannot be used as they look soiled. I have tried everything I can think of to get the stains out. <br> The customer care number on the bottle...I have phoned 3 times in the last week and a recorded message says they are too busy and I must leave a message, which I have done 3 times. No one has called me back. There is also no -e-mail address that I can write to. <br> I would like Sta-Soft to address my problem please as I feel they should pay for my damaged goods.<br> Many thanks.<br>
