Sta Soft Ultra Poor Quality

I bought 3 bottles of the Sta Soft Ultra Fabric Softener. The product is lumpy and thick, can't pour it in my machine without diluting it with water. I have sent e-mails to the e-mail address on their website and they just bounced back. I tried calling the customer care line ***for a couple of days, it just goes to voice mail. I tried calling their switchboard number as well and can't even get through there!!!<br> <br> Terrible for such a big international consumer products company, I am also in the manufacturing industry and find it absolutely unacceptable that you can't even lodge a complaint!!!!
