Refusing to give Colgate items I paid for

Bought a box of 12 sets of 12 Colgate toothbrushes at makro online paid for them, got a message to say it was ready for collection. When I went to collect they refused to give it to me saying it was a mistake, however they did not correct it, or put a notice to say it's incorrect pricing and it was in stock. As per CPA they have to do both before refusing to give me something I paid for. I kindly jait requested to receive what I paid for. Colgate please assist because makro refuses to give me your product that I paid for. I have reported it on CPA omnibus as well. And makro
