Outrageous service and faulty equipment

I bought your electric toothbrush from clicks a few weeks back and only opened it two days back. It does not work. The sound is there but the brush does not move. I went back to clicks and was told to contact you directly. I called the support center and since no one one has called me yet. So basically I spent R200 for something that doesn't work and your company doesn't even seem to bother themselves
