NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased tube Colgate Toothpaste. On opening. Sealed box half the bottom missing and toothpaste in top half more solid that dry cement. Did not keep till slip as I never expected \problem\" with toothpaste. <br> Store refuses to exchange or refund without slip. Phoned Customer Care no on box. Hang on for ages costing more money. Tried three times. Eventually in boxed with photos and all info on Facebook on Colgate page. No reply. Went to Colgate Internet Page on web and also filled in form. No response. Wrote on Colgate page on Facebook. Complaint got deleted. Placed complaint again. No response. Colgate Palmolive useless customer care. "
