Disappointed Customer

Seeing as tho Colgate support does not respond to their client emails I have resorted to going public just to warn people of their ****ty customer service, I bought a brand new tooth brush, an expensive soft bristle one, I opened the packaging and as I pulled the tooth brush out the box the head of the toothbrush snapped off.

I mailed Colgate to advise them of their ****py quality to which my mail was not even acknowledged.

I am extremely disappointed considering I have been a forever supporter of them.
