Deception and False Advertising

Colgate Palmolive is engaged in deceptive practices and I have therefore lost any trust in them. Colgate Palmolive prints false information on their shampoo product. After taking up the issue with them and after they admitted the information needs to be changed and told me that they were changing it, they never did. It has been 1.5 years since I was told they were changing their labels and nothing has happened since.

Contacting Colgate Palmolive is a nightmare, with their S.A. office closing long before 17:00 and being unreachable. E-mail contact has also become unworkable. In my last attempt to reach Colgate Palmolive I contacted their Switzerland office and was greeted by the most unfriendly and unhelpful person imaginable. I requested of her the office phone number of Colgate Palmolive South Africa. She point blank refused to give me a number and refused to say why.

In my experience Colgate Palmolive is a terrible company.
