Colgate Total Mint Mental Floss

I am a loyal Colgate supporter, and normally purchase all my dental products from this Brand. Lately, I have been finding the quality of the Colgate Total Mint Dental Floss is not the same it used to be. I have noticed this with my last 3 purchases. The container is more flimsy, product not well packaged and the floss spilts when using it. My latest floss containers lid broke off after only opening it a few times., the beginning of the floss was not pulled through the container to be used and I had to open the container to get the point where the floss started, in order to get the product in working order. Never had these problems in the past. Is QC not up to standard or are they perhaps scaling down on quality in order to offer a cheaper product at an expensive price? This is one of the most expensive dental floss products in the market. Is there anybody else who have encountered the same experience?
