Colgate Palmolive ignor email request for help

I emailed you in March for assistance promised a response with in 48 Hours NO email NO call it is about a product which is unobtainable in Gauteng area Stay Soft for SENSITIVE SKIN dark green cap as I cannot use any other StaySoft products as they make me itch like mad especially the ONE for BABIES. you assistance will be highly appreciated in this regard since end of January it is unobtainable in gauteng area and no one can tell me why? If no response is received with in the next week I will be trying out and using other products tell I find one that agrees with me. SUNBEAM had a fabric softener which worked for me by the took it of the market.
