Colgate 360 toothbrush

<p>i bought this tootbrush and the rotating head came loose, i did report it on the colgate website and they did respond on 2016-11-22 with this message and after several emails to them no feedback:</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Tinus</p> <p>Thank you for contacting Colgate regarding the 360 toothbrush. We appreciate having this opportunity to help you.<br /> <br />We are very concerned that the head broke off the brush and would like to collect it from you.
