"****roach" found in Colgate Palmolive Conditioner!!

Hi ladies and gents.

I've been buying > " Palmolive" < Shampoo & Conditioner for the past few years.

I regret that I had found a '****roach' in my Conditioner that I just bought today.

I always pour my shampoo & condioner out of the original packaging and put it in my own as I did today when I opened a brand new sealed bottle of conditioner, only to find what seems to be a ****roach inside.

I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted.

I will be waiting on a response.
