Charcoal toothbrush or brushless in 2 days

<p>On Tuesday I bought a charcoal toothbrus from Clicks Silver Oaks in Pretoria. To my amazement the brisstles started falling out from the first brush. I have only used it 3 times and everytime I have those brissels in my mouth that I cannot get out. It is disgusting and it shows a very poorly made product. I have supported your brand all my life and the quality is dropping. It is sad to see a old legend of a company go down. </p> <p>How do you sell such ******* to you clients?</p> <p>Is there no pride in your products?</p> <p>It is such a dissappointment.</p> <p>I trust you will rectify the matter fast! This sort of thing is below your standards. Pick it up guys.</p>
