BROKEN TOOTHBRUSH AFTER 1 MONTH

I bought a Colgate 360 toothbrush from Clicks at N1 City a month ago and it just stopped working. Checked the batteries and it is fine. What a waste of my very hard earned money! No where on the net is their an option to send a complaint. I think it is disgusting. At the price it is you really do expect a good reliable product. I did not keep a slip as I did not think for one minute that it would be inferior and break so quickly. Without the slip I cant return it to clicks. Just totally unacceptable.
