Bad after sales service

<p>Two months after bying a colgate 360° toothbrush, it stopped working. I complained on the Colgate web side, after you submit the complaint, there is a message stating that you will get feedback within one working day. After three attempts and three weeks later I still didnt get a reply. </p>
