Pathetic lazy indifference from Coles Kitchens Margate/Southbroom.

Coles kitchens installed our kitchen and bedroom cupboard units when we built our new home in Southbroom some 9 years ago. One of the bedroom cupboards has lost a runner and come off its rails. I have tried since early March 2019 to get Coles to view the damage and to make right however they felt was needed. They have failed to keep numerous appointments and have been absolutely indifferent about assisting us/making a sale/repair. In frustration after all this time I have given up with them...they must be running something on the side because there is no ways they can make s living with this attitude/ethos. Zero out of 10 Coles...I hope you get what you give soon. Ian Wilson
