Terrible property agents
Short and sweet - been renting a unit from Alcus Properties who in turn manage the property for Coler Wealth In Bloemfontein. Both companies are HIGHLY unreliable and unprofessional.<br> I have been broken into twice in Leisure Bay Estates, and recently had a burst geyser. They, after promising to install burglar bars, haven't done so in 2.5 years and after the geyser burst - I have a gaping hole in the ceiling with bits and bobs hanging waiting to fall on someone's head!<br> Numerous attempts to get some action going - but to no avail. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Alcus to Coler Wealth by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>

The complaints referred to has been brought under the attention of Coler Wealth in Bloemfontein on numerous occasions as you are aware. Unfortunately Alcus only handles the leasing of the property and the maintenance is handled by Coler.
Our mandate does not allow us to do any maintenance to the units as you know but only to report it to Coler whom then in turn report to the owners. We do not have the owner's contact details and all correspondence has to go through Coler.
The contact details for Coler is available form our offices should you want to contact them directly. I suggest making a complaint against Coler whom in this case is the responsible party.
