DO NOT RENT FROM COLER REALTY
DO NOT RENT FROM COLER REALTY! I rented a house through Coler Realty. I went to view the house, and all was in order. When I did my entrance inspection, the house was in absolute disarray! Chunks missing from stove, walls so dirty, it cannot be cleaned, Kitchen cabinets off the walls, smelled badly of cigarette smoke etc etc. This house is in a "luxury estate". This house was unliveable!!! They proceeded to attempt to find another tenant (which they are unable to find as it is unliveable) and I didn't move in as it was in such a bad condition. They refuse to repay my rental or answer my emails. May this serve as a warning that they will give you a dump to live in (that didn't look like it when you viewed the property) and take no accountability.
