Unsatisfied owner

After I submitted my query, the complex manager sent an Absa statement to some residence including me. I asked Mr Gerhard to interprete the statement because I don't understand, he never bothered. We recently received a statement from City of JHB that our complex is owing about R 300 000.00 on services and electricity is going to be cut off. The letter was written in March. Using our sources to check the complex account because no one is explaining anything to us including the trustees they only threatening us that we are doing ******* things but if we don't get information what must we do. Other residence are hesitant to expose Coleman reason why I don't know. According to the system Colman hasn't made any arrangement with City of JHB but they are telling us that there are people who are not paying their services, they now claim that they were handed over to lawyers but these are rumors nothing that proof that. I am a very unhappy and stressed owner. What are my rights or should I consider the tv show skhipamafiles to force our trustees and Coleman Properties to be transparent with finances to us the owners. I believe I have made an investment here, I sacrificed to stay here with the salary I'm earning. Colman Prkpertie is acting like its untouchable, what should I do I have no answers. The trustees have now just started to attend to things that they promised forever. There is a special levy that we are paying R 303.00 its been three years and five months we are paying but rumors say other people are mot paying that. Is my money being used to pay for people who are not paying ? I ďont know and probably won't even know because Coleman is untouchable. They are so bad and needs to be exposed
