Worst Managing agents! Totally *********** and lack the basic knowledge of sectional title. Agm minutes never out in prescribed time because they too busy...utility billing always a mess. Budget at agm was a disaster with totally incorrect figures... No follow up on arrears. Extreme lack of communication and always full of excuses! Shocking company.
