Sectional Title Complex Funds mismanagement

Colman properties are *******, they mismanage our complex funds and do not do what they are paid to do. Then debit paying owners to cover non-paying owners' defaults. This is daylight ******* and cannot be allowed. I am looking for any channel to assist as we take this matter up externally due to lack of response and correction from Colman properties.
