Payment of Levies

I am a resident at Villa Egoli, 45 Trefnant Road since 2005. I am paying my levies correctly but now I'm being double charged. I spoke to Mr Gerald through emails and explained that one of the payments I did reflected an old Ref number and I sent Jim my bank statements. Mr Gerald rectified the account but to my surprise all emails between me and him disappeared on my phone and now I was communicating with Mr Reghardt Roux when I got a statement stating that I'm in areas. I did sent all the proof of payments from February 2021 but Mr Reghard still insist that I'm in areas. I went into my bank accounts from 01-06-2019 and I have been paying every month and I can provide my bank statements. On some months my payment reflect twice eg December 2020 I paid my levies on 01-12-2020 and on 31-12-2020. I am not happy at all and I'm not the only client who is happy with the service of Coleman Properties management of our complex finances. I need to get to the bottom of this because I'm not prepared to pay more than I owe. I can provide all my proof of payments from 2019 to date. I am very stressed being a single Mom not earning much but keeping up with my debts and to be overcharged??? +-R 2000.00 is a lot and a backlogs for me. Please help.
