Horribly inefficient managing agent

Horribly inefficient managing agent. Coleman Properties has allowed numerous owners within the complex to go into arrears and now has placed the burden onto loyal up-to-date paying unit owners by charging our accounts with thousands of rands and threatening to take legal action if we don't pay.

Pathetic and *********. We have lodged complaints with CSOS, NAMA (National Association of Managing Agents) and the PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority). I encourage everyone experiencing difficulties with Coleman Properties to follow this route as well. They must be held accountable.
