Employing contractors

Cannot call them managing agents as they do absolutely nothing. Employed painters at our complex to whom I requested safety files nothing was done by the book and now we are sitting with a complex half painted and still being charged special paint levies. I had warned them more than once what they were doing was not within safety expectations but they went a head without caring. Our building is in a ********** state and they do not care
