if I could rate them negative 1000 I would, very useless, what a waste of money, I bought a property under them, and as I write it has been almost 2 days with no water. The municipality cut the water due to non-payment yet residents pay water and rates every month. They don't respond to emails or give an update. 56 on Grey has issues because of poor management. I regret that property investment with them.
