Coleman Properties is the worst company to deal with. I've sent the a mail regarding water billing and gas appliances. They implemented the following water billing policy 1 bedroom from R32 to estimated R500 2 bedrooms from R32 to estimated R700 3 bedrooms from R32 to estimated R800 I have 2 bedrooms apartment at wingless complex in Winchester hill and my bill was R751.36. I have asked for an explanation on how they derived at these amounts as the apartment dont have water meters, no explanation was given nor did they have a courtesy of replying to my mail. The following is their Gas policy which they did not discuss with residents. To all owners who are using gas stoves in your units, please be advised that the complex does not allow the usage of gas stoves. While we acknowledge the impact of load shedding on our lives. Furthermore, our insurance will not compensate any damages that are related and caused by non-compliant use of gas appliances. What nonsense is this. Coleman properties deem its there right to implement policies to suit them. Coleman Properties is the worst company to deal with.
