Wonderful assistance

On Tuesday August the 24th I took issue with a driving infringement by one of the drivers. I phoned CDS and was transferred to a gentleman in tracking named John. I relayed the the issue to John who has been absolutely fantastic. Not many people are able to calm my rages, but by the time our call ended I was laughing. He handled it professionally and is going above and beyond to investigate my complaint. Well done John, you are a true asset to CDS. I hope they appreciate your phenomenal people s****s.
