Bad Driving

Good morning

I am writing this massage as I am not pleased with the way your driver behaved this morning at Boyseens Richs he deliberately blocked my way and when I confronted him instead of apologizing he took out a knife and promised to stab me passengers on the taxi had to intervien I would like action to be taken on this driver and would appreciate feedback and and appology from him.
