Coldspring Engineering - Collet Chibaya

Coldspring Engineering does gas installations. The owner, Collet Chibaya, took my money and ran. Didn't receive the CoC from him. Completely unreliable and dishonest. Promised to come through and complete his works, but didn't. 4 months later and still waiting.
